Kanban

The Kanban module provides a clear view of the progress of a development process. The tasks (cards) receive a status (columns) that corresponds to one of the various steps of the process.

Create a Card

If you press the plus symbol in the desired status on the right, a new card with a freely select-able title can be created. In addition, the tasks may be tagged, assigned to a user or group, and explained with a description.

Kanban View

The Kanban view can be accessed via the entry in the Media menu on the right-hand side of the screen. A created status appears as a column with the defined color in the overview (here: TO DO in red and DOING in blue).

Filter

On the left side of the Kanban view is the Filter tab.

Under Status the cards displayed on the right can be filtered according to their status.

Here TO DO was selected as a filter and is therefore positioned at the top of the filter tab. Only tiles with the status TO DO are now displayed on the right side.

By clicking on the filter icon, the filter tab can be minimized.
